He was Area Manager and Senior Business Development Manager for SME Banking and has extensive knowledge in financial services, managing financial performance through a profit and loss account, staff development and client portfolio management in a risk controlled environment.

 

An effective communicator with all stakeholders, Colin has a passion and focus on building strong performing teams through a practical, personal coaching style.

 

Colin has a proven track record in delivering project work within required timescales and budget, as well as innovative results with focused solutions that build capability and contribute to achieving overall business vision and goals.
